The Big Kidz Foundation will celebrate their fifth year by honoring five exceptional supporters of the arts at their “Champions of the Arts” Charity Gala. The event will be hosted by CBS Atlanta News Anchor Williams and will take place at Atlanta City Hall Atrium on July 16, 2011. Many of Atlanta’s most influential art supporters representing the arts, entertainment, civic and business communities will come together with Big and the Big Kidz Foundation to recognize five of Atlanta’s most celebrated arts warriors. Representing various genes the artist to be honored are Monique, Jasmine Guy, Susan Booth, Lauri Stallings and Gilbert Young.
The Big Kidz Foundation is on a mission to change the lives of young people by using the arts as a platform. “I know the power that the arts can have on our kids. I am proof that it can take you places you’d never imagined. I urge fans, supporter and peers to get involved” said Big.
